Both nights in a double room were marred by excessive noise from the street and foot traffic just outside the windows. The shower had fluctuating temperatures during the day. Breakfast options were limited, leaving guests seeking extra snacks to fill them up. One morning, a specific breakfast order only allowed for half an avocado instead of scrambled eggs with avocado as requested.

It was excellent 3 days, would love to come back here some time. It was a particularly good location for us, not far from the mountains, the main square and many restaurants, and many restaurants. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and superfriendly.

central location near to the center, and the cruz del sur bus station, it was in a pretty quiet area. i had coffee, tea, slices of fresh bread, and eggs for breakfast. everything was great, yet a few employees were unpleasant.

Fairly clean and amazing place, has stunning views of the mountains. I appreciated really helpful personnel that ensures guests have a really lovely stay. The room is wonderful and lovely. It has an extremely comfy bed and a renovated bathroom. The hotel is situated in the central location close to the main area. Every time in Huaraz, I choose this place.

Spent six nights at El Jacal Classic. The terrace for breakfast blew me away with fine mountain views, perfect for starting the day. Breakfast could definitely use improvement. One day, the scrambled eggs I ordered were quite limited, and timing was off. The first day, the breakfast started later than promised. Still, the location near the main square was perfect for accessing nearby restaurants. A cozy spot but work to be done on the dining experience.

I stayed in a triple room that had plenty of storage and good WiFi. the location is pretty convenient-close to the bus station and main street, which makes it easy to start a multi-day hike. It's right in the center of everything! 👍.

It was just an optimal selection for a transient stop in Huaraz with a reasonable price. The hot showers were refreshing after a long day of hiking. If you want coffee with breakfast, consider bringing your own just in case.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The scrambled eggs I requested were very limited. I suggest future guests confirm their breakfast preferences in advance to avoid disappointment. The room had a charming vibe despite some safety concerns with the door.
